Workers Comp Law Firm, LLC is a team of attorneys having nearly 100 years of combined legal experience. Matt Paavola is the managing attorney and has been practicing law in the Baltimore area since 1982. Jackie Johnson leads the legal support personnel as the office administrator and has been with the firm since 1989.

Our experienced legal team has developed the knowledge and skills necessary to properly represent clients in many areas of law including counseling, negotiations, and litigation. The staff has tried cases at all levels of the court system: District Court, Circuit Court, Federal Court, Court of Special Appeals and Court of Appeals. The firm is very active with the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association and regularly serves on the Legislative Committee to affect changes favoring the injured worker.

Matt is joined by his brother and fellow attorney Samuel H. Paavola. Eugene W. Pierelli, Matt's father-in-law, serves in an advisory capacity for the firm.
